SPECIES AREA OF THE IMPLANT
WHAT DOES THE GUM BLEED AT THE IMPLANT, WHAT DOES THE AREA AROUND THE IMPLANT?
There is a groove between the crown anchored on the implant and the gum. If micronutrients, tartar amounts and is not cleared in this groove, the soft tissues around the implant become inflamed.
In this case, bleeding gums around the implant can cause a slightly sore, itchy feeling.
If the area around the implant is still not properly cleaned, the soft tissue inflammation will progress to a periimplant inflammation when more frequent dull pain with bleeding gums may occur. In this case, the supporting bone around the implant is already destroyed due to inflammation.
In more severe cases, the micronutrients and tartar accumulated around the implant do not allow the pouch formed at the implant to be emptied, which can lead to purulent periimplant inflammation.
TREATMENT OF A BLEEDING, PATIENT IMPLANT
The goal is to remove micronutrients and tartar that have accumulated between the implant and the gums as soon as possible. After the procedure, personalized oral hygiene advice is needed on how to keep the implant anchored on the implant clean and healthy at home.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU NEED TO REMOVE STOCKS?
LOW RISK
Good home oral hygiene
1-2 implants
no background disease
6-12 MONTHS REQUIRED
TOOTH SCALE REMOVAL
MEDIUM RISK
moderate oral hygiene at home
3-5 implants
controlled background disease
4-6 MONTHS REQUIRED
TOOTH SCALE REMOVAL
HIGH RISK
poor oral hygiene at home
more than 6 implants
difficult to control other background disease
